Arcor Online GmbH
In December 2000 the Arcor group has started the first online service with
Personal Internet Assistant (PIA), a personal communication head office, under the name
Nexgo (Next generation online). PIA, the Personal Internet Assistant,
provides with the help of PAPAGENO for the dispatch of e-mails,
text messages and fax without additional costs. Users of Nexgo can
be informed by text message about e-mails received on their mobile.
In addition, a text to speech function makes it possible to read e-mails to the customers.

Hewlett Packard
HP-MCE, responsible for European-wide mail services,
decided on the demployment of the comFAX®/PAPAGENO
fax
server and since then 22,000 European OpenMail and SAP users
have received direct fax access. |

The successful automobile manufacturer uses PAPAGENO world-wide in numerous branches. Currently, 11,000
users send and receive their documents via PAPAGENO. |

Würth uses a classical PAPAGENO installation in Künzelsau near Heilbronn, Germany.
Employees at headquarters (30 lines) and in more than 50
branches send and receive documents via their customary MS
Office and SAP applications. Clients and their servers are
networked over TCP/IP (HP-UX computers). |

The Siemens-Nixdorf works, in Paderborn, Germany, with 690
licences. Here, PAPAGENO is connected to
the communications server SAPcomm via the PAPAGENO/SAP interface. For fax sending, the interface
from a SAP R/3 system has been implemented for SAP users.
