The central fax and voice mail solution PAPAGENO has finally made the inefficient overlapping of different communications services a thing of the past. The PAPAGENO family also includes a high-performance hardware server unit with efficient cards for connection to the public network and pre-installed communications software. PAPAGENO draws classical and new communications together under one umbrella. To be precise: it brings them together on the screen of your employees. In addition to e-mails, PAPAGENO conjures fax, SMS messages and voice-mails on the mail surface, like magic. When employees are absent, they simply switch their telephone to PAPAGENO and select pre-installed or personally recorded messages.The problem is as easily solved as that. Voice messages now run on the server like e-mails. The communication between your directory server and PAPAGENO occurs over LDAP so that your mail system does not require changes to the software. And even then, when you install Linux, UNIX, Windows NT and Windows 2000 in parallel, you can still insert comFAX® and PAPAGENO effortlessly into your IT infrastructure – thanks to their multi-server technology . PAPAGENO's Full Size Each PAPAGENO unit can operated on up to 60 lines. Several PAPAGENO units can be connected to construct one unified messaging server. H.323 Offers You All the Performance Features of Digital Telephony. As well as performance features of comfort telephony, PAPAGENO offers, with the VPL voice module, an H.323 voice-mail recorder for IP telephony. General or personal recorded greetings are possible, as are freely definable enquiry possibilities and archiving of voice-mails at the touch of a button. One highlight is virtual private networking: using Direct Inward System Access (DISA), employees can access PAPAGENO from external locations as a virtual telecommunications system. Call diversion as well as voice-mail functions can be activated and deactivated from employees on the road.
